Overview:

Artificial Intelligence? is a short video on real stories surrounding events where persons used the information they received from AI and did not properly vet it, before using the results and faced serious repercussions. The premise of the video is to demonstrate that Artificial Intelligence should not be used to replace human knowledge or research.

Research:

For the purpose of the script I conducted research regarding the role Artificial Intelligence played in persons lives. I found three stories where a lawyer’s reputation was questioned; a grieving grandson was misled about a travel refund and a student who got suspended for using “AI” in her assignment.

Implementation:

The stories were portrayed as an interview between a reporter and AI where AI was asked to prove the validity of each story. Each story was shot three times at different angles to ensure the same camera angle was not displayed throughout the video. At the end of the interview, post interviews were held with the reporter and AI to capture their feedback.

Feedback:

Great use of anonymity of AI and protection of the witness.
